Did Google pull the Maps 3.3 download?

Trying to download the new Google Maps. I know it has reported issues bt I thought I'd see for myself. i try to go to the download page but I get Error 404 page not found.

Used Opera AND PIE as well as having google text me the download link. Any ideas?
