change start menu background
 

i know there is a cab floating around to change the start menu background but i forgot to dowload it and now i cant seem to find the link.

Any one have the cab or the link handy?

Yes, I second this. It's messing with my whole background theme..anyone got anything that can fix this?

I have that cab but I dont believe that changes the background in the start menu. It does this:

Unlock the first two rows of icons in the Start menu

This changes the background for the homepage, not the Start page.

they want the start page that displays icons in rows of 3 = just to clarify :-)

yes and gives you honeycomb start menu and if you want reall extreme try these folders sick looking
