Lost an app and I can't remember the name. Help?

Ok guys, I'm almost 100% I pulled this app from a post on this site, but now I can't find it. This is a wifi router app; when you start it, you choose the name of the network you are about to start and the password. I believe the default name is pda-Hotspot. I loved this app, but I can't find anything. I'm using WMWifiRouter for the moment, but I don't care for the free version and I'm not going to pay for it when I know there is a great app for free somewhere. Any help you guys can provide would be great. If any of you have any other suggestions for a wifi router app, please post it also. Thanks.

CM INternet sharing maybe??? I remember seeing something like that on my Omnia, but I am not sure. I never used it so I am not certain what it was called (it was on a custom ROM).

That's it... Thank you. It also turns out that I wasn't missing the cab at all; file explorer wasn't showing the full name and I didn't realize this until after I downloaded it again.](*,)
