how to change the 1st speed-dial?
 

The first speed-dial entry is voicemail, and I want to edit the number so that it pauses and then dials my password etc. I can't seem to edit that one; is it possible?

Actually I was wanting to do that too and just found it.

From the home screen select "phone", then "menu", then "speed dial".
You'll see the list there. Then just select "menu" and "edit".

Never mind, it didn't work the way I hoped.

While in the phone screen click menu then options. It should have #86 for voicemail you add want you want AFTER it like pp1pp****

Yeah, that takes you to the same location where I changed mine.

However if I hold down the voicemail key it only dials *86. Then if I end the call, the whole number (including VM password) shows up as last dialed number.

the pause pause and password still are saved and work for a phone call then just dont show up in the dialer.
