Saving apps other media to SDcard
 

Im new to winmo and this is my first smartphone. We all know that we only have limited memory on the imagio so I was wondering how do you save a app and downloaded it to the SDcard.

When you install new apps, or download file use opera / Ie, you have the chance to select the save path, device/main memory or sd card.

most apps are fine to install to internal memory.
you actually have quite a bit since each app is only 1-2mb generally.

when you install most apps you can select internal or storage card.

If you are using Windows Market Place it doesn't give you an option to download to anything other than the device. Here is a patch that I found on XDA that allows you to choose where you want the application to install to. It works perfectly for me.
