Hmm... I did the "Power + Send + Vol Down", but did not see a "custom" selection.

What choices do you get when you do "custom"? What are the differences?

As far as I can tell, both the "factory default" and "custom configuration" ROMs are identical. They are both loaded with crapware, I'm sorry to say. When I first got the Imagio, I did a couple of hard resets via all settings> system> memory> Clear Storage, just to see what my options were before I started making tweaks and changes. I figured it would be more painful to do a hard reset later after I'd put in a lot of time fixing things up than to explore right out of the box. Besides, if I bricked the phone, it was within my 30 day return period.
