alarm clock issue

Hi! I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem on their imagio. The alarm clock will only sound once and it'll go straight into notification. This is with the built in alarm clock. I've tried both g-alarm and klaxon softwares but they won't work when the phone is "locked" and the screen is off. as soon as I turn the screen on, the alarm will sound. I'm not sure what the issue is. Any ideas?? Thanks in advance!

Re: alarm clock issue

In Settings Tab -> All Settings -> Sounds and Notifications you have the Notifications (alarms, reminders) item checked? I'm not 100% sure what you mean by go straight into notification?

Re: alarm clock issue

I am having same problem. Both the alarm clock and reminder ringtones play at the same time. If you turn off the toggle for the reminder sound then this problem goes away.

Re: alarm clock issue

Have you guys both installed alarm apps before and either still have them on or have removed them? I have both of these notification sounds set and do not have this problem and use the alarm every morning. Maybe it's a bug from one of those apps. Unless it started before you put them on I suppose. Otherwise, perhaps it might be work a hard reset to see if the issue sticks immediately on a fresh phone, then it could be some odd phone issue and can take it in for a replacement.

Re: alarm clock issue

I have changed two phones and still have the issue of both the Clock alarm ringtone and Reminder ringtone play at same time. If I uncheck the Reminder ringtone sound then this problem disappears but of course then I can't hear the Reminder alerts!
