GadgetROM Taskbar 1.0 at top courtesy of gadgetfreak in the post here:

http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...30&postcount=6

(Note: this will replace 3G icon with Ev as that was the standard icon at the time he made it for CDMA phones.)

The colored TouchFLO icons (Leo style) can be had here:

http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=90634

(I used the Home Only cab myself, so haven't confirmed the internal tabs work fine, but I would assume they do.)

Re: Not an official forum without Home Screens!

Here is what you need to make it look like mine. I do not have a working version of the bckgrnd for all tabs. All of them I tried screwed with other stuff. What I did for now was change the image in the manila files to the default blue one. All of the manila files go in the windows directory. I put some of them into separate folders so you can pick and choose.

I love the look but I'm a noob. I know how to open and use .cabs but how do I replace or add the manila files? Do you mind offering a little tutorial for those of us a little lower on the learning curve please?

I'm running the "Windows Default" (i.e. Titanium) home screen with the "WM7" theme from xda-developers:

The manila files have to be copied into the windows folder using a good file explorer like resco or total commander the stock one won't do it. Soft reset after that. Total commander is free search for it. You can't really mess up the manila files because they are in your rom. So if something doesn't work you can delete the new files and the old rom files are still there. You will get the hang of it.

Re: Not an official forum without Home Screens!

Here's the link to the WM7 theme at xda:

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=504716

The theme installs CHome Editor for adjusting the number and order of panels on the home screen, as well as Titanium weather. There is an issue with the weather not displaying properly, but there is a fix in the thread (the fix is basically a new .cpr file which overwrites the initial one).

The panels I had in the screen shot were (in order):

CMyPhotos
CMusic
CVoicemail
CPhone
CClock
CText
CEmail
CCalendar
Titaniumweather

My current layout, which I prefer is as follows:

Titaniumweather
CMusic
CClock
CHome
ATFavePeople
CCalendar

The background is called "Windows_7," and I picked it up from zedge.net Thetaksbar is the Dusk taskbar, made by the same person who did the lockscreen I linked to in another thread - the taskbar and lockscreen can be found here:

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=530981

I used dusk_6.5_lockscreen_v3.0 and dusk_6.5_wm_21869_taskbar_icons

Thanks keithdupont. That was exactly the direction I needed. I got Total Commander and installed all the files. Looks great! I'd like to see a progression towards backgrounds on all tabs too. That would be cool.
