6.5.3 is an OS your on 6.5
once the HSPL gets released you will be able to flash to a different ROM

i thought there was a cab just like the sense 2.5 i liked that but it took alot of memory

No 2.5 is Manila, its like a shell.
6.5.x is an actual OS
