Re: New to Imagio and Smartphones in general, some questions
Most of your questions have been addressed in various threads here. Your best bet is to read through the threads here and on howardforums.com - xda-developers should be a good site to visit soon, once the Imagio section there gets more activity. Welcome aboard! (from a former Crackberry addicct)

That is the best thing about WM phones. So easily customizable. You will find all your answers to the questions that you ask by digging and searching this thread. Play around in the market space app on your phone. Also there is away to get rid of the TV icon by checking here http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=91963

Re: New to Imagio and Smartphones in general, some questions
Okay, thanks for the responses guys. I just downloaded SKTools and am wondering if you have to purchase it to actually use it? When I go into the registry editor to try and remove the Mobile TV icon, it doesn't display any of the HKLM files in any of the folders, I'm assuming because it limits what you can see in the trial version? I went to purchase it, and it doesn't have the option to select the Imagio as your registered device? Very confused on how to use SKTools with the Imagio.

Re: New to Imagio and Smartphones in general, some questions
In cases where I can't choose the Imagio as my device, I generally select TP2/Rhodium.
As far as a registry editor goes, since the Imagio does have a stylus, you can always use Total Commander or PHM Regedit, both of which are free. I don't use SK Tools for the registry editor, I use it for all the other goodies |
