Google Maps

Yes; I have read a few threads on the GPS activity however can someone confirm that the current Google Maps offering works including the my location feature on this phone?

I ask because I had Google on line send a download link to the phone and when tapped to load it comes back with "this program will not work on this phone"

Thank you

Shadowman

Re: Google Maps

I use Google Maps on a daily basis and it works excellent. Make sure you use QuickGPS since that helps and also you into Settings Tab/ All Settings (bottom Left)/ Personal/ Phone/ CDMA Services (Tab on Bottom) then highlight Location Settings and click Set Settings to make sure LOCATION ON is selected.

Copy it to your device and click on it in any File Explorer and then follow the on screen instructions.

Its there, just not obvious. Have to scroll down the page a bit to where it says Binaries and look for the link next to Windows Mobile.
