is the imagio capactive or resistive?

is the imagio a capacitive touch screen or a realllllly reaallllly good resistive touch screen?..i have the touch pro 2 and i went into the verizon store to play with imagio and my goodness does that screen feel like a gift from god..it wa so smooth and responsive and the screen felt capactive.....and if it is capactive will multitouch be possible with a leo rom?

and if the unlocker comes out for this phone will i be able to use it on sprint?

Re: is the imagio capactive or resistive?

The Imagio has a resistive screen. No, a rom does not change the technology of the screen. Windows Mobile was not designed to work with a capacitive screen. Most likely the multi touch capability of the HTC HD2(Leo) will only work in certain programs.

and no, an unlocker will not help you use it on sprint.
sprint will simply not activate a verizon phone.

Yeah, I don't think Sprint will be selling the Imagio. It seems to be a Verizon exclusive. So far on the Leo, it is confirmed that multi-touch works in photos, video zooming, Opera, and IE.

conflipper seems to think it is still coming.
he has the inside info but really... no other leaks makes me wonder.
hopefully sprint does get it as it really is a nice phone.
