Poor quality pictures in My Favorites?

So far I absolutely love the Imagio except for one slight detail...I'm using My Phone and thats how I assigned all of my contacts to their own pictures, but any of the people that are in My Favorites have terribly pixelated pictures. They are perfectly fine on my desktop, but for some reason when they are transferred to the phone they just plainly suck. Any advice?

I've noticed the same thing when I tried putting pictures on the favorites. It's gotta have something to do with the size of the photo, I just don't know what size we should be using.

I'm also wondering if it simply has something to do with the way that the favorites pictures are skewed a little bit? Because I tested it out and put one of those contact pictures as a regular photo on the phone and viewed it perfectly fine, its just in the favorites that it looks screwy.

The second link worked great! Kind of annoying to have to go through all of that now, but I think I will be able to manage. So it is just something with the size of the picture?

Are you syncing your contacts with Outlook on your computer? If so I believe I read somewhere that's part of the problem. Outlook stores the contact pictures in a rather small file so when it ends up on our phones they tend to get distorted.

I was actually using the new My Phone service, this is my first smartphone so I basically had to set it all up for the first time.

anyone know what the ideal resolution / size for the contact pictures are?
