Is Imagio battery same as Topaz?

I think it will be a while until batteries are available for Imagio specifically and I travel a lot and always carry two spares for my Touch Diamond. I read a posting where the Topaz and Whitestone batteries were the same. I've checked out Topaz (TD2) batteries on ebay and they look the same, but I can't tell for sure it will work.

Any thoughts on this?

I'm not entirely sure, but I think the Touch Pro 2 and Imagio batteries are the same. I do know that both phones use the same size battery of 1500 mAh and the Topaz (Diamond) uses 1250 mAh I think.

im not sure that will work cuz i had a touch(cdma) and tryed a elf battery and it didi work

Thanks for the input. I ordered a Touch Pro battery and will post whether it works for the phone or not. Stay tuned.

Good luck. I ordered a couple batteries from Hong Kong for my Touch Pro 2 that were advertised to be GSM but they turned out to fit just fine in my CDMA TP2. Perhaps they were just falsly advertised or they were in fact the same. I'm not really sure.
