does anyone know how to turn SPB mobile shell off but no uninstall it. I want to revert back to touchflo3d to try a few things and dont want mobile shell running also.

Take your favorite file browser and navigate to \Windows\StartUp and delete the SpbMobileShell shortcut that's in there. If you don't want to do it that way and just want to turn it off each time you want to switch to TouchFLO you can navigate SPB and go to Launcher > Settings > Spb Mobile Shell then at the bottom right open your menu and press Exit Shell.
