That it might be slow was a concern, but it turned out not to be an issue for me. However, I don't do videos or watch movies. Mostly its used for apps and it has about 13gigs of music loaded on it. So far, I've had no issues with it. I suppose when I do run an app that is loaded on the class 2 it might take a little longer to load up but the speed of loading hasn't been an issue to me. If you're used to something faster then it might be an issue to you.

I'm still hoping that the 32gb micro sd's will be out soon because I've had to pare down the amount of music I loaded. Even at 32gb I'll have to leave a lot off but I'll be able to double what I have on the card now.

Re: which microSD card?

I got the RiData 16GB Class 6 card today, from Newegg shipped for $50. I can confirm it works great! Watching videopodcasts, listening to music, etc...Same space as my now put away iPod Touch.

The VZW Site specs for the microSD expansion max is 16GB.
