What exactly do you mean by getting the device to send? Are you adding attendees to the new appointment and then when sending it gives an error? Or is it not letting you add attendees at all? Or some other issue? I don't seem to see any problems doing so with mine. Is this an Exchange mailbox?

Well the appointments are working off your Exchange account, so I don't see how you could send them with a non-Exchange account, it just doesn't work that way. Someone else correct me if I'm missing something here, but I don't see how you would do it that way.

Re: Calendar help, please?

I understand about the exchange server. I just thought maybe I could use another email account to send the invite. Maybe change a setting or something simple.
