Locking screen on imagio

Anyone know how /or what program to use to lock the screen during a call to avoid mistakenly pressing another button? whenever i am on a call and i place my cell back in my holster , during or after the call im either in another menu or accidentally hanging up on the caller. please help!!

There is a proximity sensor on the top right hand corner of the screen that turns the screen off and locks the buttons when the phone is up against your face.

Either you have a bad proximity sensor or you're holding the phone at a wierd angle and the sensors not shutting it off. Like if you hold the phone against your shoulder with your chin.

thanks , i dont think its a sensor because when i try and put the phone to my ear it shuts off the screen. my issue is when im on my bluetooth( which im on 100% of the time ) , i answer the call, talk and when the call is complete i take the phone out of my holster( to do whatever) and when i do im in the notes menu for that call
