is it clear that the Whitestone *is* or *isn't* come to Sprint? or *what* Sprint's replacement for the Diamond will be? Quartz? Hero (not really...)?

since it wasn't on Sprint's Q3 roadmap, one can only assume it won't be til Q4 at the earliest...

As far as I know this pic of the Verizon Whitestone hasnt been posted yet, so here ya go

It's proving to be an exciting day for leaked information from HTC! Now, an image has been sent to us showing the HTC Whitestone (Verizon version).

Verizon is said to be getting this phone shortly, though no official word from Verizon as of yet.

Its features are said to include:

GSM and CDMA/EVDO connectivity
Windows Mobile 6.1
3.6 inch WVGA display
5MP camera
256MB RAM, 512MB ROM
528Mhz Qualcomm 7600 processor

We'll let you know more details as they crop up, but for now we're glad to share this beauty of an image with you.

Looking pretty good if you ask me, I believe I much prefer this over the TP2 if for no other reason than the better camera.

Been there, done that, and never again

I've been with Sprint for 10 years, but will consider changing if they don't come out with a newer keyboard-less WM phone like the D2.

What was your experience with Verizon? (I'm also a bit reluctant to commit to another 2 year with Sprint given the fact that they are still bleeding subscribers)
