Picture & Video app bug. Help please.
 

The "picture & video" app in my Imagio can play my MP4 flawlessly, however there's a bug. If I touched the screen to adjust anything with the control panel, or to pause/play, then that control panel will now automatically show up and then disappear every few seconds, throughout the play, which is quite annoying. Is there a fix for this? I can;t seem to find info on this forum. TIA!!
