MMS and Internet problems - Three mobile AU
 

Hi,
I'm a new member here and new Imagio owner.

Anyway, I purchased my HTC imagio on ebay like most would and I put the Teya rom on it [Link] and everything seemed fine except for the MMS and internet.

I am going to be upfront and honest, I have no clue what to do so I submitted a ticket to my phone company (Three mobile AU) they gave me two links; one for internet and the other for mms.

I tried both of the guides and it still doesn't work.

I even put the default rom back on my device to see if it would work; it sadly did not make a difference.

What am I doing wrong here?

The only other information I can think of giving is my plan which is a $29 pre-paid cap - [Link]

Any helpful information about this problem is welcome :)

Have you set the phone to GSM only mode? If it is on global mode, maybe it is trying to dial out using the CDMA setting. Guess that is not the case but might be worth checking. Hope someone else has better input in case the above does not help. :(

Yes I did that but it still doesn't seem to want to work :( this is getting a little bit annoying and I am regretting buying the HTC imagio.

Things I have also tried are setting a new modem and proxy settings.

This seems useless because im having the same problem.If you ever find out how to get internet on imagio please provide info.

Hey man, it's just the teya rom. MMS and Internet work perfectly with no setup when using the energy roms.

BTW just some info on something that works

Energy reference rom + CHT 2.0 Final + ANY THEME YOU WANT.
