Are you trying to sync your music?

I'm not super sure on this, but maybe you need to save the contacts as outlook contact on the phone, then sync...? Did you run the "set up my device" in windows mobile device center?

I am not exactly sure what problems you are having. Teya ROM's have had some sync issues & I am not sure if those issues have been fixed the recent versions. The only problem that I have encountered myself though was not being able to sync notes.

I would assume that you totally deleted the partnership off the phone & started over?

Have you flashed your phone since upgrading to win 7? This way you would be starting fresh.
