Heres The New Hd MINI Lock Screen requires net 3.5
change wallpapers just like you did with windows lock
also has notifications as well

I had a lock code on my phone, and i installed the cab, but it WILL NOT unlock my phone. Now i am going to have to do a hard reset.

Is there something I did wrong? Maybe i should have taken the lock code off before i installed this?

I had to do the hard reset. So it will be ok as long as you don't have a lock code on the phone before install. So in other words, take off the lock code, then install this on the phone, and all will be good?
