PPCGeeks - Any Video bug fix yet

I wondering if its pertaining to cooked ROMS.
Because as for me no matter what ROMS I created for myself always has video issues. That being video would not play in Album and or Windows Media. It'll sometimes freeze up the device. I even tried different versions of Album, DShow, Full Screen player, & other components. Its been driving me nuts.

But up till resently I have it where it'll play but it runs sluggish (sound not in sync with video). I know there has been people out there that had the same issues, but haven't any fix for it. I do believe there is a fix, since other Chefs out there stated they "fixed" video issues. So if I could ask any other chefs out there that delt with with, please let me know how you resolved it, maybe it being what files need to be recmodded, and or what software components versions work well with each other etc...
