Found this in the EnergyROM thread (which I'm using) but thought I'd pass it along to the rest of the crowd. Took about 20 minutes to do the install but its working perfectly.

Weatherpanel will allow you to keep the HTC weather but add a more detailed app that can be accessed by tapping on the current weather icon in Cookies Home Tab; check the post to see what it looks like.

Do you have to have EnergyROM or Cookies Home Tab to use this?

I don't think Energy is a must but CHT I think is as you have to use it and its editor to access Weather Panel.

No, this will work on any ROM, either with or without CHT. CHT only makes it cleaner to link to the weatherpanel page. Without CHT, you can always just assign a quick link, soft key or button to take you to the weatherpanel page.

**Update to Dunc's amazing mod**

Can now be installed using just a cab file. This sure beats adding each individual folder. There are also some bug fixes and minor graphic changes.

Please check out the original thread for complete change log.

If you haven't tried this yet, I strongly suggest you do. It looks great and give so much more information than the basic Sense tab.
