Is it my imagio or the bluetooth headset?

So I dont know if this is a problem with my imagio or the new headset I just got...but it randomly disconnects from my imagio and then reconnects a few seconds later. It does this for a few minutes, and then stays connected for most of the day, and then it starts doing it again. Any ideas?

Re: Is it my imagio or the bluetooth headset?

Now I am having another problem...my imagio doesn't auto-lock anymore. Just all of the sudden stopped. Oh, and when I answer with the bluetooth headset, it unlocks the screen while in my pocket and i end up pushing buttons. Anybody have any clues to any of this?

Re: Is it my imagio or the bluetooth headset?

It sounds like the phone itself at this point. My bluetooth has work fine. Did it start happening all of a sudden or since you started using your headset?

Re: Is it my imagio or the bluetooth headset?

My phone has started to not autolock in the past. When I went to a custom rom I was OK, but now back to the OEM rom it is having issues again. It worked well for a while with the headset, and now when I use the headset it unlocks the screen. I have a new issue that popped up today as well...I called someone and I could hear them and they couldnt hear me...tried three times. I thought it was the headset, but when I turned bluetooth off it did the same thing through the phone until i did a soft reset. Dropped the call three times as well..."signal faded" even though I had all my bars.

Re: Is it my imagio or the bluetooth headset?

So, instead of going down to my local VZW store, this time I did call them. Imagine this...he asked what was wrong, explained to him exactly what I said here, and he said "no problem we can send you a new one" as easy as that. Hmmmmm, shoulda done that a long time ago!
