Picture Messages

I'm new to this, can anyone help me. When I receive picture messages they dont come in on the whole screen, just real small. I have changed all the options, but no change. I still have the original software that came with the phone.

are u asking for the imagio or the omnia? does whichever phone u are asking about have a graphics card? may not be possible.

I use to have the omnia i910, so I can confirm that you should be getting pix messages just fine a normal resolution. I don't know how to solve the problem though.

I have the imagio. when ever i get a picture message it only comes in small. when i forward it to my buddy who has the storm 2 it shows on the full screen.

I have actually seen this once on my phone as well. I think it has to do with the formatting of the picture itself. My wife sent me the picture from her blackberry which shoots photos at a different aspect and resolution. Somehow the Imagio has trouble processing this format and you end up with a thumbnail view. I could also forward it on to others who could view it just fine. I'm really unsure what causes this but my suspicion is that it is the driver on the phone that is the cause.
