Same here. I had mine replaced back in September 09, my button got stuck like many others. Luckily I had only had it less than 30 days and they sent me a brand new one. Have not had any problems since. Both phones were excellent builds and I am cautious with the buttons now. I guess I'm lucky, but you do have to take care of it as well.

cbreze, I saw in March you hadn't flashed yet, is that still the case now?

Oh man, I flashed and flashed again. Numerous flashing. The ROMS I liked the best were actually the orange ROM and nonsense ROM. They were the most stable and snappiest imho of all. Stability and functionality were my top considerations and both of these fit the bill. I sold the imagio tho as I grew tired of the touch screen experience. I'm keeping my tp2 for now to use on wifi vacations when needed. TP2's kb and screen are way awesome. My ozone works very well and I love the form so much I'm going to jump over to BB as soon as V releases the BOLD.

Re: Imagio Poor Build Quality

I had mine for a few days and the "Start" button got stuck down. It was still usable but had to press really hard. Then 17 days when the "phone" button stopped working. Not hard to press, just stopped working.
Took it back to the Verizon store, they said they would order me another. I told them I've only had it a short time. They exchanged it for a new one in the store. Lucky I guess!
No squeaking with this one [knock on wood].
I'm just thankful for SPB Backup so I don't have to do all those installs again
