Contacts another question

I am noticing all of a sudden that a number of my contacts are no where to be found on my phone. They are in Outlook on my computer, I have contacts checked in my active sync setup, but many of them are just not there. One thing I noticed is that none of the contact settings list "outlook contacts". I am not sure if it ever did.

My only thought is that I did the slider fix from Keith Dupont for all contacts vs. Favorites?

Any thoughts?

Still don't know why I was missing contacts. I would love to find the cause. I did fix by erasing all contacts in the phone and then resyncing.
