Re: Microsoft my phone sync.......
First - reinstall MyPhone on the phone (you may need to go to the windows marketplace to get the latest versions).
Once you have that, then you can do a manual synch and select the data that you want to send back to the phone from your online myphone account. |

Re: Microsoft my phone sync.......
I had just done a reset of my phone and thought that the data was lost and syncing with microsoft would delete everything online as there was nothing on the phone. It is a 2 way stream, so will send everything back to your phone when you do a sync

Re: Microsoft my phone sync.......
Microsoft good microsoft wise. If you are reallly worried about it then go to whatever page you need, such as contacts, and print that bitch out, and if anything goes wrong, though I have used microsoft sync to recover many times, you can manually imput them in outlook then sync them to your imagio.

Re: Microsoft my phone sync.......
When you sync with My Phone, it checks to see what is different on your phone and on your My Phone account and updates accordingly. So for example, if you take a new picture with your phone, My Phone will add that picture to your account whenever it syncs. Also, in an opposite example, if you hard reset your phone, the first time you sync with My Phone it will add everything back to your phone from the previous sync. You can also control what gets backed up with the sync by selecting Menu then Sync Options.

Re: Microsoft my phone sync.......
I recently had to have my Imagio replaced when the screen went bad. All I can say is that I'm glad that I used a utility like Microsoft My Phone. I really didn't want to put all my contacts back into the phone by hand and it only took a minute or two to restore all of the data. Works well!
