Re: now what?

What, exactly, are you trying to do?

To do a hard reset:
1. While the phone is off, press and hold Volume Down + Talk/Send + End/Power.
2. When the device displays a message about wiping the data, release all 3 buttons.
3. Press Volume Up to complete the hard reset.

Dude, I tried MyPhone several times and checked through their litany of CRAP instructions and vowed NEVER to use it again. It was the most broken piece of (insert choice of degrading words here) webware I have ever checked out. I maintain backups with Active Sync and a machine running Outlook for the SOLE purpose of backing up my contacts and then backing then up to a .pst before I sync again. MyPhone wiped out al of my contacts once and thankfully I had an old phone which had all but my newest contacts in it. (DANG, I REALLY WANTED TO CALL THAT GIRL BACK!)

Your question is a good thread starter. If I used it I would start a thread on it.

Wirelessly posted (XV6975 Opera/9.50 (Windows NT 5.1; U; en))

maxtcee is right. just reinstall my phone and resync. It will download everything back to your phone. I have never had a problem. It automatically syncs my phone daily. I do however use exchange active sync to sync my contacts.
