Calendar weekday view

something that is driving me nuts. I like having the weekday view of my calendar. Is there any way to add this into the TF3D as an option instead of just day or month. I want day, week and month...

I saw a cab somewhere that was suppose to do it but it was coming from rapidshare and it wouldn't let me download it... Might of been fake but I figured I would ask...

There was another thread about this somewhere. The calendar in WM is much better, has the views you want but is not TF3D. For what it's worth, I set my multimedia button to point to this calendar for one click access. It's seamless that way and is a good compromise till someone figures out a better approach.

thats what I have been doing, I saw that post I think it was on the xda forum... I'm going to post this question in that forum as well, see if anyone there heard of anything...

If you find a solution, please post it. This phone is so configurable, there must be a solution... perhaps a separate calendar program which can be installed that's even better than either of the "built in" ones? Of course it would have to integrate well with the os. Just some random thoughts...

The week view is in TF3D 2.5 so add this to the list of things that will be available on the Imagio when we are able to flash custom ROM's.

The "week" view (in the regular windows calendar) is useless to me because it only shows blank boxes instead of your appointments. You have to click on each box to see what it is, or switch to daily view. I sure hope the the next version of the HTC calendar shows the actual appointments in the weekly view.

On my previous WinMo phone I went 3rd-party (Pocket Informant) to get decent weekly and monthly calendar views. Pocket Informant also allowed a contacts filter to stay in place even after you closed the contacts app.

I'm in a new job now (where they got me my Imagio) and I have many fewer meetings and spend a lot more time at my desk than I did at my old employer so I've been living (so far successfully) with the HTC TF3D calendar. I'm also okay so far with Favorites instead of the permanent filter I used in Pocket Informant for my most common contacts.

If I needed to keep up with a complicated calendar I'd probably be looking at 3rd-party PIM replacements again.

Heres a Calendar program i've used for many years . Works good with the Imagio, will actually display your appointments on the calendar instead of just a tab, will also display them on the Imagio home screen. Will sync with Outlook also. Can set it to one of your buttons.Give it a try
