best way to stream BT audio content to car stereo?

What's the best app (today plug-in?) that will allow me to stream my Imagio's audio output (say, when I'm running a Sirius satellite app, or listening to an audiobook) to a paired bluetooth receiver in my car stereo? I've come across this

but it says they have problems on WM6.5. Anyone have a suggestion for the simplest way to turn BT streaming on and off?

Hey I have been looking for a sat app for my imagio, are you saying you have one either Sirius or XM? If so would you mind letting me know where and how to get it.

I'm using "Sirius WM6" - it's great and even avoids having to type in their annoying Captcha code each time. I don't remember where I got it originally but I think you can get it here:
