Anyone Try Throttle Launcher?

See above^. Looks to be pretty cool, but I can only find limited commentary about it.

I have used it before, but not on the imagio. Very buggy in my experience

Re: Anyone Try Throttle Launcher?

I used it when it first came out on my 6800 then on my Elf...I did like it but I wouldn't exchange it for the lock that comes on our device. And if you do use it remember how to work it properly and never forget your pattern lol

Re: Anyone Try Throttle Launcher?

I think you're referring to their android-clone lock program. I referring to ThrottleLauncher, the GUI add-on/theme with the widgets etc. See the link in first post. Looks really promising, but I don't want to make such a dramatic change without knowing it's working well.

Re: Anyone Try Throttle Launcher?

here is a link to the cab download

http://www.throttlelauncher.com/port...10rc3#download

it's a Today plugin, just install uncheck anything that you have checked under the items of the today settings and check the Throttle Today to activate it.

I find that it's an OK alternative to touchflo or titanium, but it's a little laggish, it can be skinned and themed but i still find myself flip flopping from touch flo to Mobile Shell and Androkkid i always come running back to touchflo b/c i like it's manila menus, but it's just so memory heavy

Re: Anyone Try Throttle Launcher?

Any update? I am using SPB Mobile shell as well. But I like some of the new themes I saw for throttle launcher. Manila looks great but I agree with the memory issue. Lags. SPB keeps my phone running fast which is important but I also covet a nice looking UI.

Wirelessly posted (XV6975 Opera/9.50 (Windows NT 5.1; U; en))

I actually just tried installing Throttle Launcher and it wouldn't install. Anyone else have that issue?
