well i like my background but it dont show it on other page like msg,music or email n i know theres a cab that enable background on all pages in TD3D... THANX

Read the thread called "Transparent Curtains" about 4-5 down from this one and in it you will find this info and more. HDWall is the app you are looking for, and instructions on its use are in there as well.

Lol this is my first windows phone so this whole world is new to me, wish I could help but I am sure I know even less then you. Where did you find the cab to do it do you remeber?
