FIXED-Backlight Time keeps resetting
 

FIXED WITH ADVANCE CONFIGUATION TOOL.

Small problem,
everytime my screen dims down or locks it sets the backlight setting to dim in 10 secs, when I go back in to change it back to 30 secs it works the first time and as soon as I unlock or tap screen, it resets back to 10 secs. Any ideas what might be happening?
