After Uninstall is it okay to remove left over Registry Items?
 
I uninstalled Windows Marketplace after the xda version stopped doing Install to Storage Card (not sure why)

using SKTools lite I searched "Market" and there are still items in the registry. Is there any harm in removing them?

If it wasn't stock in the ROM then go for it.
