what do you guys use to backup messages??? sorry TP2 user here-looking for my sister

i told my sister about the 2.1 upgrade...
shes going through a nasty divorce and needs to save some text messages b4 she upgrades to 2.1...

on WinMO you just use PIM/SPB/Myphone etc for this... what are you guys using to save and restore texts..

shes a totally newb and has no clue, so the easy app would be best for her..

To backup SMS Messages, download "SMS Backup & Restore" app by Ritesh Sahu, which allows for SMS messages to be backed up to XML and then re-imported.

I've never used that app, btw...

I used Sprite Mobile from the market. Was able to restore sms and non-synced contacts from 1.5 to 2.1

Download the free version of my backup from the market. it will backup all data to her SD card like sms, mms, contacts, call history, calendar, bookmarks, settings, and home pages. You will have to reinstall it to restore.
