Question

Trouble with PHM Task Mgr

Seeing as I have been modifying and adding programs to my Tytn, my Task Mgr shows multiple "PHONE" and "PROGRAMS" opened even after I go through the WINDOWS/STOP ALL Process. Any help with this issue?
