i just did an upgrade from my HTC TOUCH PRO to the EVO. is there a way i can transfer my contact from my TOUCH PRO to my EVO using my memory card. i haved all my contacts saved on my sd card using pim backup. can any one help thanks in advace.

I had to do this the other day at work, it's a pain.

Using PimBackup, back up the contacts without binary mode. Move the backup file off of the SD card onto a PC. Change the file extension to .zip. Exract the .cs file and rename it to .csv. Then import that .csv file into Gmail.

Bass ackwards way, but it works.

theres a winMO app called Thunderbird that imports to csv for you already.. drop that into google and done....

in case you ever have to do it again or something it will save ya some time

since u have a WM phone sync it to outlook on your computer, export the contact to a file. log into gmail and export them to your gmail.

on the android log into your gmail account and contacts will sync
