question about MMS messaging

Just entering from TP2, i used to send MMS messages all the time! But as i look upon the Evo there is no section for BCC (blind carbon copy)
I don't like sending everyone info to everyone else. So my question is there a way to send MMS message with BBC? Maybe i am missing something?

Email is handled differently than mms, as hellcatt mentioned.

Re: question about MMS messaging

I understand things are handled different when it comes to emails, but i have send pics to people with emails as well as MMs at the same time. I send from MMS and when i send i send some to emails as well as to telephone numbers. So yeah when u send a multi media message to an email it shows info. to everyone i sent it to. The TP2 didn't do that at all. It didn't show anyones info cause it had BCC!

Re: question about MMS messaging

ok either use handcent and set it to mobile phones only or dont send mms to emails along with mms to phone numbers. i sent an mms to my own email accts and to other numbers and nothing other then the message showed up. i tried using both the native messaging app and handcent.

presuming you use the gmail mail app i know for a fact there is a bcc/cc option. so i would send them separately.might not be the perfect answer you were looking for but its the best i can find and i just spent 30 mins trying all of this

Re: question about MMS messaging

why not just send it out by email in the first place since email has the capability to do bbc, yeah i know it's not an mms but if the other options don't work that might be all you get to work like you want.

I suppose you could add the mms email address for contacts you send mms to and then use email for everything. Different option.
