Issue with Alarm clock and maybe Bedside...not sure which.

So I use the alarm clock on a daily basis and I'm stoked it actually has a "Snooze/Dismiss" option when the alarm is sounding off unlike my Touch Pro.

I had recently installed Bedside because I needed to get SMS and Email notifications while the clock is running.

Everything was working great for a while, but lately when the alarm sounds there is no "Snooze/Dismiss" graphic in the center of the screen like there use to be. I have no way to turn the alarm off. I even tried to kill the clock app and it still didn't shut off. Turning the phone off obviously worked....

Anyone else having issues with the alarm clock?

No issues here and I use it every day.

sounds like the app is messing something up. uninstall and reinstall and see if that helps. did the issue happen after an update to the app or anything?

Are you running No Lock? Your description precisely fits what I was experiencing when running No Lock and after deleting the application with a soft reset, no more problems.

Re: Issue with Alarm clock and maybe Bedside...not sure which.

Any luck with this?? I am having this exact same issue - no "Snooze/Dismiss" buttons and only way to turn off alarm is to power down the phone. It is not every time (probably half the time) but is very frustrating (especially for my wife when I can't turn off my alarm!) This happened before under 2.1 and is happening again under Froyo even after a wipe so I am inclined to blame Bedside, but I really have no idea. I have never installed No Lock.

Any other Bedside users out there?

I use the Kaloer clock and no issues like that. Allows for calls and SMS to work with the alram clock. Pretty customizable.

There is something blocking its display. Good luck finding it.
