Is there a way to change the "sort by" in the gallery? Currently (by default) the gallery displays the photos in order of last modified/recently taken. I would prefer they be displayed by filename instead. I usually edit my photos (lighten, crop, etc.) and the way the device sorts them throws any pics that have been modified out of the order they were taken.

If there's no way to change this in the EVO's native gallery, can anyone suggest a gallery app (as good or better) that does allow one to change the sort order?

59 veiws and no suggestions? I found a thread regarding this same problem on another forum and like the OP said in his post, "With all the droid does, it can't do this?" I thought that was humorously appropriate, yet I digress, no one had a resolution to his post either. There's got to be a solution to this relatively elementary issue.

the stock android 3d gallery sorts pictures by date, even after they've been modded. Its on the site somewhere.

Dak, I think it sorts them by date created or last modified. The reason I know this is I can take a series of pictures and they will remain in order taken. However if I crop one, or modify it w/ my PC photo editor (lighten, darken, adjust contrast) it automatically throws that picture to the end of the series. That's why I would prefer it sort them by filename.
