I just wiped data and reflashed... I could get it to open SetCPU but as soon as I'd go to uncheck the box, it would freeze, reboot..

i mean, you definitely just deleted everything for absolutely no reason. There were at least 3 suggestions that would've take 5 minutes and saved your data.
