These Backups options are the same, right?

This might sound like a dumb question..but is the "Backup Current Rom" option in ROM Manager essentially just doing a nandroid backup? (sure looks like it). Other words there aren't any differences in the data that is backed up doing nandroid from Recovery vs. Backup Current Rom from ROM Manager, right?

It is actually simply running a script telling the recovery image to create a nandroid. It's not basically the same; they are, literally, the same thing.
