It should work, but your battery cover will not fit anymore, you'd need a different one.

the second one will work too, but.. Requires an extended battery door

This cover doesnt look bad, and if I can fit the HTC battery in it I think we would have a winner... Anyone know of any other batter covers available?

Im hoping the 20$ for the battery and case will yield a case that will hold the $35 HTC 2150 battery. If so I think I will have a winner. I will post a review and pics once it all arrives in a few days... I only have one EVO but so I cant do side by side pics, but my budyd has a Droid X so I can compare the extended batt and reg batt EVO side by side to that...
