It works I just did it.... just ##786# MSL Code reset and do a Nandroid restore and thats it.. let it do the activation process and bam!

If you do not have Amon recovery I suggest flashing that first. IT did not work with clockwork for me but did with Amon on first try

on 4th try i said "f wiping" and what do you know.. it gave me 1.40.

will doing my nand restore revert me back to 1.34.. that would suck

nah I did a NAND restore before I booted back up and it worked.... PRI is not stored in your NAND backup

so let me get this straight... I'm on a custom rom, well stock rooted by nec. and if i just nand backup and then wipe everything let it go to thru its courses it will give me pri 1.4.0???

If you have AMON which is what I used it should work with no problem just do the hard reset first then NAND restore and bam!

Definitely worked for me.. only thing is i had to do ##786# menu - reset - msl - wipe everything like 5 times before PRI140 showed up.. i read that someone did it twice before it showed up. I'd guess if you keep trying eventually you get it..

It's crazy how now that there is a fix for the PRI issue no one was having is here, that everyone who uses the fix sees that there really was a problem with connectivity and speed.
