Updating to Froyo

Ok while doing the update this morn . I t stopped on a screen with a triangle and an explanation point in the middle and a lil android on the bottom right ? Is this normal... this is a factory Evo with no roots or anything.

When u get to that screen i believe u hold the volume up and press the power button. Then you should het the option to update

Yeah, I am getting the little green guy and hte yellow exclamation point as well. I hold down the volume up and power buttons and nada. ANy other suggestions?

I am running the UNREVOKED3 on my phone, fyi....

Ok so i found the problem ... Unrevoked stops the update. I flashed back to factory and did the update just fine... I was misunderstanding that unrevoked wasnt a root that was always running.. My bad... all's well .. Hope this helps someone else...

Good to know! I'm not rooted at all and had no issues when I updated, but I have seen so many people with this same sort of issue. I wonder if they had Unrevoked as well. I'll be sure to point people here if I see it again. Good job with the fix.
