Hate HTC Facebook .

Has anyone found a way to prevent Htc for sense from syncing everyones contact information....

I have accidentally called too people twice and its annoying...

I have removed out , but like the pictures updated and comments etc.. Jst hate that it syncs everyone your friends with

Remove your Facebook account from Facebook for HTC Sense and just use the Facebook client?

either don't set it up to sync at all (remove the account) or you can go into any one specific contact and up on the top right corner there is a "link" button (looks like a green line connecting two small circles) and deselect that.

actually i think i just realized what you mean. go into contacts and hit menu and then view and then deselect "Facebook for HTC Sense." now it wont show everybody from your Facebook.

Yeah like Freeza said, just go to settings, Account & sync, click on Facebook for HTC Sense and then click Remove account at the bottom right. Problem solved.

If you have a ton of "friends" on facebook that you wouldn't want to call, what is the purpose?

I say cull your friend list.

I know how to unlink then from a contact and hide them from the phone book but I pretty much how can I hide them from coming up when I text , or on qik

They should of kept the facebook option like on the tp2

Also, you can use Call Confirm to stop from accidentally calling people.

yeah i don't like that they force u to add all your friends to your contacts... really annoying. If you end up removing it and still want to sync pics of certain friends, there are apps for that. I use one called "syncmypix" it's in the android market for free. I wonder if they have a similar app for the other info...

Dude I was just going to post that up. Syncmypixs worked perfect. Ijust downloaded.
