i travel a lot overseas n i was wondering if there is a sim card slot on the evo so i can use it overseas.

no the evo does not have a sim card slot or sim card capabilities. if you travel and are looking for an android device go with an aria or a desire.

Wouldn't the fact that it's CDMA only dictate you can't use it overseas anyhow?

touch pro 2 had sim card and was CDMA/GSM

No it does not have a SIM slot, the EVO is CDMA only and not a world phone.

this question could have been answered by using a tool called google to see if the EVO was a global smartphone Or a world phone!!

Short answer no. Last two responses were unnecessary. We all questions sometimes without searching. Doesn't make them wrong. Just redundant.
